Coaching (Individual)
RelaxationLearning how to relax can be a key element in any life change.  The very act of relaxation has many psychological and physical benefits.  You will learn the various methods of relaxation from rapid techniques through to deep relaxation.  You will be surprised how good it feels to be able to relax at will, regardless of other factors.
Guided VisualisationBased on our innate ability to dream and enter a natural trance state (such as day dreaming), you will be guided through a process that is safe and controlled.  Guided visualisation can be used for many things such as rehearsing success or helping to focus the mind on a given task or future event and desired outcome.
Stress ManagementOur fast paced and often stress filled modern day can leave us mentally and physically drained.  Although we need a certain amount of stress in our lives, too much or even too little can have serious consequences.  Learning how to manage stress to achieve a balanced state is a key skill which we can all learn.
Fast Phobia cure & Dealing with AnxietyPhobia is the word used to describe an over active stress response often caused by a particular stimuli - such as spiders, snakes or flying for example.  Just reading this section now might be causing some of you to flinch or become anxious.  This can be cured, often very quickly with little effort and definitely NO immediate or direct exposure to the stimuli.
Personal AuditMany clients report a sense of being lost or just "plodding" on.  If this sounds like you, by taking part in a personal audit, together we can identify areas of your life that might need a change or re-focussing.  The process is about moving forward while learning from our past experiences. Questions like, "Why did that work so well" or "What might you have done differently" can lead to positive futures once put into context.
Goal SettingWe all need goals in our lives.  If you think about it for a moment, we do this naturally already, planning to go shopping later in the day IS setting a goal.  The smaller steps we take to achieve that end goal, such as getting cash on the way or getting the bus, ensure the main goal is achieved.  This simple example can be magnified and changed to produce major life goals.  Together we will plan and identify your major goals and work towards them by setting and completing minor goals along the way.
Life DesignThe life you live is your own.  How you live it is also up to you.  We each have the ability to live the life we want too and I will help you look at what it is you want from your life and then help you design your future.
